Prodrive Factory & Heritage Centre
Prodrive is one of the world's leading motorsport businesses supporting works and customer race and rally programmes with Subaru, MINI and Aston Martin. Prodrive have an extensive design and manufacturing facility which includes advanced composites, CNC machining, fabrication and electrical/electronics capabilities.
Our tour will start with refreshments in the heritage centre (containing a collection of historic race, rally and road cars from Prodrive's 27 years) and which a good place to take photos. We will then visit the engine/transmission workshop followed by Mini rally customer car build, fabrication, CNC, electrical, Aston Martin racing and Aston Martin customer workshop engine with the Mini WRC workshop.
The tour lasts for approx 2.5 hours and on the way back we will be stopping at the Moti Mahal restaurant in Tiddington for a fixed price meal, £12 per head for poppadoms, mixed starter, main dish (chicken, lamb or vegetable), rice, a selection of vegetable side dishes and nan bread.
